So becoming a Mortgage Broker was the best way for her to access more solutions for her clients.

Andrea was previously instrumental as the Principal Broker and team leader of the Mortgage Division of large Real Estate Brokerage.  She was able to support several Real Estate Agents, provide education and materials for them and build an award winning team.  She has also held the Team Lead role at Mortgage Architects while planning to launch Element Mortgage Group.   As Principal Broker she is committed to growing a team of rockstars with an exceptional reputation in the mortgage industry.  Andrea’s honesty and integrity lead the way for like-minded  mortgage professionals to excel, her leadership style is supportive, nurturing and goal-oriented.

An amazing rate wont matter much if your get hit with a massive penalty if you have to break your mortgage. Having a broker with the experience to handle all your needs is key. If you’re a 1st time buyer, looking to refinance or renew, purchasing a cottage or an investment property, your mortgage broker should have experience in all these areas.  Cookie cutter 5 year fixed rates just won’t do in this environment”.
